Base Picnic

All Squadron 45 members (not attending the Wing Conference) are expected to participate. This
is service time (9.5 hrs) we contribute to March Field and our Military Men and Women.

Conf. now.

0830 (8:30 am) on Saturday.

Meet at the Stage on the corner of Q and B streets. (Coming in the Cactus Gate
puts you on Graber, turn left on Meyer, right on Q to B Street or have parents drop
you off at 441 and walk across the big parking lot.)

BDUs are the uniform of the day. Lunch is provided

We will set up chairs and tables, place trash receptacles, hand out water and sodas, and
keep trash picked up and emptied. We will have our CAP Information booth there,
too.

Picnic ends at 1600 and we will be finished cleaning up by 1800 (6:00pm).
