On 29 Oct 2007,Cadet Kelley O’Kane earned the highest achievement of a cadet NCO: the “Billy Mitchell Award”. Col Amar, Commander of the California 163rd Air National Guard, was on hand to present the award.  Cadet O'Kane was promoted to the grade of Cadet 2Lt.
